Shandong Shengtai Wheel Co., Ltd, as one of the large-sized enterprises producing automobile wheels in China, is located in Dawang Town in Guangrao County, the south of the beautiful and rich Huanghe Delta, adjacent to Jiao-Ji Railway in the south and Dongying Port in the north.

  Basic Conditions
  With a total area of over 200,000 square meters and fixed assets of 0.12 billion dollars, the Company is a professional automobile wheel manufacturer integrating independent scientific research, development, design, manufacture and sales and has self-supported import and export right. 
  In order to adapt to the market competition and the requirements for product quality, the Company continues to deepen the quality management, sets up a quality inspection center with professional technicians as the main body, and has passed ISO/TS16949 International Quality System Certification and US DOT Product Registration, which ensures reliable and stable product quality and performance. The company was awarded "Shandong Province High Technology Enterprise" and "Credible Unit of Dongying City" and other tiles successively.

  Technology and Facilities
  The Company has cooperated with Jinan University in automobile wheel development, mould design and personnel training and become the practice and education base of Jinan University. The Company, together with Jinan University, has established an automobile wheel scientific institution, Shandong Shengtai Wheel Research Institution, so as to lay a solid foundation for the Company to achieve international advanced level in automobile wheel research, development and production technology. 
  Shandong Shengtai Wheel Co., Ltd., growing up rapidly, has become an automobile wheel manufacturer with strong technical strength, sophisticated facilities and advanced production technique. The company has advanced production techniques such as plate stamping, section steel wheel moulding, roller wheel moulding, rim moulding, spoke variable cross-section, strength spinning, etc.; the company adopted the most advanced Cathode Electrophoretic Painting technology and also other updated technologies such as CAD, CAPP and 3d finite element analysis, etc. which are widely applied in product design. 
  The Company has established a state level automobile wheel laboratory and introduced original LK 3 coordinate mapper from UK and advanced domestic equipment such as wheel impact tester, wheel bending fatigue tester and salt spray tester to realize the inspection and testing of the wheels to reach international advanced level.
